The finance calculator where users can customise their payment plan, see a breakdown of costs and then compare them to other personalised payment types. The experience was optimised into a transparent 3-step process that allowed users to clearly understand the various options and inputs available. The solution incorporated intuitive UX patterns to make the experience as frictionless as possible.
The second major overhaul was the comparator tool where users were able to compare a Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle with other car manufacturers’ equivalent model and trim. Key to the success of this feature was understanding what information to convey, how to distil it down in a way that’s useful to the user, and how to be understandable at a glance.
